In order to participate in the Christmas Market 2009/2010, all the participants have to fill out an application. Application form can be found at this link. The applications can be submitted prior to September 1st, 2009 to the e-mail address info@eventmasters.ee or via regular mail to:

Based on the applications received, organisers of the event will make their choice. Selection is limited due to the availability of only 64 sales booths that make up the Christmas Market. Besides the 64 booths, also 2 to 3 sales spots for vending carts or sales desks will be issued each year. The grounds for choosing the participants are mainly the type and selection of the goods to be sold. Preference will be given to Estonian handicraft and Estonian craftsmen. The chosen participants will have to sign individual fixed term contracts that will guarantee their opportunity to participate in the Christmas Market.
